
Welcome to the Sri Lanka Council of Vision Impaired Graduates (SLCVG)
Founded in 1982, SLCVG is a registered non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting all vision impaired individuals across Sri Lanka — not limited to graduates and undergraduates. Our aim is to foster an inclusive society where the vision impaired can thrive with dignity, independence, and equal opportunity.
Vision
To create a fully inclusive Sri Lankan society in which the vision impaired can achieve their fullest potential and live with dignity.
Mission
To provide programmes and services to meet the emotional, educational, social and cultural needs of vision impaired persons and promote equal opportunities for the vision impaired through advocacy, public awareness, collaboration and support.
